  • All development within the City of Springfield must now comply with federal NPDES Storm Water Phase II regulations.
Compliance

  • The site plan and architectural plan must fully comply with the deed restrictions for the North Industrial Park, if applicable; zoning regulations; all technical and safety codes; and all other City ordinances and policies.  In addition, the plans must fully comply with all federal, state and county laws, regulations and policies.
Robertson County Adequate Facilities Tax

  • The Robertson County adequate facilities tax for industrial and commercial facilities is $0.30 for each square foot under roof.  The tax is paid on new construction or expansion only.
